Does my child need to be good at sport? Not at all. Some children dive straight in, some watch first — all of that is welcome.

Common questions

Is it only football? No — sessions cover throwing, catching, balancing, jumping, running and obstacle games alongside early football and other sports foundations.

What should my child wear? Anything comfortable they can move in. Trainers or soft shoes are ideal if your child is walking.

Do parents stay? Yes. Grown-ups stay and take part with their child throughout.

What if my child doesn’t join in? Completely normal. Some children watch first, some dip in and out — the class is relaxed and child-led.
